Ross Parkin

Ross Parkin is a Managing Director at GLP Capital Partners Inc. (“GCP US”), primarily focused on investment opportunities in the West Region. Ross is responsible for sourcing and leading new investment opportunities to expand GLP’s US portfolio in the West. During his tenure, Ross has facilitated transactions totaling more than $1bn.

Prior to joining GCP US, Ross served as Head of Acquisitions for Evergreen Industrial Properties, a TPG portfolio company that sold to Ivanhoe Cambridge. Previously, Ross was a VP of Investments for PS Business Parks, responsible for investment and capital markets initiatives in the US. During his career, Ross has executed over $6bn in transactions across multiple product types.

Ross graduated from the Neely School of Business at Texas Christian University and is based in Santa Monica, CA.
