Patrick Gonzalez

Patrick Gonzalez is Vice President, ESG, US at GLP Capital Partners (GCP). Patrick oversees GCP and GLP’s ESG strategies and initiatives in the US, driving the company’s broader sustainability vision. Prior to joining GCP, Patrick held various ESG and corporate sustainability leadership roles at Summit Strategy Group, Essex Property Trust and Grupo Mexico. With more than 15 years of experience, Patrick has developed sustainability principles across business lines at both private and public companies in the real estate, mining, and industrial sectors. His expertise is in strategy development, ESG disclosure standards, sustainability benchmarking and rating frameworks, and integration of sustainability within business operations and risk management processes.

Patrick graduated from The University of British Columbia and received his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. Patrick is based in Santa Monica, CA.
